One of the most luxurious, stylish and well appointed accommodations in the Epirus region. Located  in the centre of Parga, just a few minutes walk from the characterful harbour, the town beach, the tempting tavernas and all the amenities of Parga.
The Zigouris brothers have paid much attention to the details and decor of the apartments and the results are truly amazing - a superb holiday accomodation that offers all the comforts of a real family home.

All interiors have been carefully chosen to reflect a minimalist style with all modern comforts.
Located above the ITS Travel Office. There is an elevator to access the two apartments or they can be reached by staircase. 
A reception service is available from 09:00am - 21:30pm at the ground floor of the house at ITS office. 
At the reception you may exchange money, buy stamps, phone cards, book various sea & land excursions and obtain information about the  fascinating area and anything else you may need.

The apartments are well looked after and there is a daily service for cleaning. Sheets and towels are changed every other day. (Towels can be changed on daily basis if requested.)

The Luxury two bedroom apartment
Located on 2nd floor of the Zigouris House. It consists of two bedrooms, the master bedroom with a queen size bed and a second bedroom with two twin beds. The rooms are spacious and the soft lighting creates a warm and relaxed atmosphere. The apartment has two bathrooms (1 with hydro-massage bath tub & the other bathroom with a shower).
There is an enormous fully equipped kitchen with all the modern comforts, (4 ceramic electric rings, large oven, a two metre high inox fridge & freezer, Dishwasher, Washing machine, Kettle, Coffee maker, Inox glass dining table, 4 leather chairs). 
The living area consists of a comfortable sitting area with two double leather sofas (become double bed), 28' flat TV, home cinema DVD, satellite receiver with a choice of numerous satellite channels. 
Air-conditioning / central heating in all areas.

The Penthouse suite
One of the most luxurious in Parga with a sea view and views of the grand Venetian Castle. It comprises of one spacious bedroom with a lavish queen size leather bed, a large walk in wardrobe, air conditioning and a balcony with mountain view. The room is spacious and inviting and the lighting creates a wonderful, calm ambience.There is a large fully equipped kitchen with all modern comforts, (4 ceramic electric rings, large oven, a two meter high inox fridge & freezer, Dishwasher, Washing machine, Kettle, Coffee maker, Inox glass dining table, 4 leather chairs).
In the living area there is a sitting area with a comfortable double leather sofa (becomes double bed), leather arm-chair, 28' flat TV, home cinema DVD, satellite receiver with a choice of numerous satellite channels. 
There is a modern bathroom with hydro-massage bath tub & hair-dryer. Air-conditioning / central heating in all areas.
