How do I search for accommodation?

To search for accommodation, click on the words “Apartments, Hotels, Stdudios or Villas ” in the navigation menu on the left side of the page. You can also use the Accommodation search formular avalaible on the Home page. Enter your travel dates along with the number of people in your party.  Then press “Check availabiliy ”.  On the next page, a list of all available apartments will be displayed.  All apartments displayed on this page are available to be rented on the days you have entered. How do I make a booking for an apartment?

Find an accommodation that interests you and add it to your cart using either the check-boxes from a search results page, or the 'Add to Cart' buttons from any item info page. When you have chosen the items you want, you can review your cart by clicking “Shopping cart”.

How do I remove or edit the items in my cart?

You can remove items from your cart when you are in your shopping cart. When you are in 'Your Cart', use the check boxes to select any items you wish to remove and click the 'Remove' button. Selected items will be immediately removed from your cart.

How much do I have to pay as a deposit?

Usually we require 25% deposit for all confirmed reservations. The % of deposit it aslo depends of how many days before the reservation takes place.p>

When will I be refunded the deposit paid?

In certain travel planning circumstances, such as holidays and special events, a minimum stay may be required. For minimum length of stay, travel reservations, you will be charged for the entire reserved stay if you check out prior to the reserved departure date.

How do I pay the prepayment?

To pay the prepayment you must complete the booking form and inser your credit card details. We will charge the prepayment to your credit card when we had verified that the apartment is available.  Follow the steps above indicated in the section “How do I make a booking for an apartment?”

What is provided in the apartment?

When do I receive a confirmation that my booking is confirmed?

Once you have entered your personal information and your payment details we verify the information provided and charge your credit card the amount of the prepayment.  Once the prepayment has been charged we send you the complete confirmation of the booking which includes the details as well as the exact location of the apartment.

How do I receive the keys for the apartment?

If you are new to Parga the best thing would be to come to our office upon your arrival in Parga and we will guide you to your accommodation. Please inform us in advance of your exact arrival date, time, flight number in advance.

How do I cancel my apartment reservation?

You can contact the Parga.net your travel agent in Parga Greece reservation manager by email or telephone (see details in the "contact us" formular).

Do I receive a refund if I cancel my accommodation reservation?

The amount which is refunded depends on the amount of time you cancel prior to the date of the reservation.  Please read our terms and conditions for a detailed explanation of the refund amounts.
